Community Care Trust Aotearoa is seeking an Employment Facilitator in Ōtepoti Dunedin to help disabled jobseekers, their whānau, and local employers unlock meaningful, sustainable work opportunities. You’ll walk beside people, exploring strengths and aspirations while building inclusive pathways from job search through placement and beyond.

You’ll join a values-driven team committed to safeguarding, respectful practice, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Empathy and strong communication are essential.
• Flexible and well-organised approach to community-based work.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support disabled jobseekers, whānau, and local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities.
• Walk with clients through job search to placement and settling into work.
• Build relationships with employers and diverse communities to promote inclusive pathways.
