The Salvation Army is seeking a Supportive Housing Property Coordinator in the Bay of Plenty. You will join a committed team to deliver safe, warm and dry housing for whanau, collaborating with stakeholders to support occupants through transitions and ensure properties are well maintained.

This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities to advance mission-driven work, with on-call roster, competitive salary and benefits. A full NZ driving licence is required.

Competenze

• Excellent people skills; able to connect with a variety of people and work well in a team.
• Experience in property or tenancy coordination preferred.
• Experience in working within a social service or caring profession.
• Highly organised with excellent administration skills.
• Solution focused - good problem solver.
• Ability to be highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• A clean full driving licence.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Support procurement and retention of properties for transitional housing
• Provide practical support and coordination for occupants entering and transitioning out of the transitional housing properties
