Job summary

New Zealand Intelligence Community in Wellington seeks a proactive project support professional to coordinate and manage aspects of an intelligence capability project. You will engage with operational and technical teams to understand needs and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include tracking project status, risk and financial monitoring, and producing communications and governance artefacts. A Top Secret/Security clearance is required for ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills; able to produce clear status reports.

Responsibilities

• Track and capture the status of projects.
• Manage risk and financial monitoring for projects.
• Produce effective communications, status reports and other project artefacts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance groups and coordinate meeting minutes.
