Job summary

New Zealand Blood Service in Dunedin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Dunedin Donor Centre team. You will support donors, provide high-quality donor care, and contribute to safe blood collection processes as part of a growing health service.

The role requires a current New Zealand practising certificate and relevant nursing skills, with preferred phlebotomy experience. You will work a rotating roster, with occasional Saturday duties, and have access to our induction

Qualifications

• Current NZ practising certificate required.
• Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support donors and provide a positive donor experience throughout the donation journey.
• Contribute to safe and efficient blood collection processes within the Dunedin Donor Centre.
• Coordinate with the team on a rotating roster, including Saturday shifts when required.
