Job summary

NZTA| Waka Kotahi is seeking a Change & Business Readiness Lead to drive successful change across Customer & Services. You will lead readiness assessments, translate insights into practical actions, and advise on risks and implementation approaches to embed changes in operations.

You will collaborate with business leaders, programme teams and subject matter experts to ensure teams are prepared for change and customer outcomes are improved.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business readiness and change initiatives.
• Experience translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple groups and priorities.
• Knowledge of change management, business analysis or project delivery approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business impact assessments covering people, processes and technology.
• Manage readiness planning to identify and address operational requirements.
• Design and deliver implementation approaches to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Provide reporting and advice on readiness, progress and risks.
• Identify dependencies, risks and issues affecting delivery.
