• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, project management, or related discipline.

• Experience in continuous improvement and technology-enabled change delivery in transport, infrastructure or public sector environments will be highly regarded.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Improvement & Delivery Lead to help improve operational performance, customer outcomes and organisational effectiveness across Auckland Transport.

Working in partnership with business leaders and teams, this role applies continuous improvement, structured problem-solving, change management and project delivery disciplines to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions and implement sustainable improvements across people, processes and systems.

Success is achieved through the delivery of measurable outcomes, sustainable change and increased capability within teams to continuously improve performance and ways of working.

In this role you will be:
