Job summary

Les Mills is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business insights and technical delivery across our global B2B ecosystem. You will document end-to-end processes across Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and produce clear diagrams for technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product and business teams to map data flows, identify gaps, and turn fragmented knowledge into reliable process maps and documentation to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to analyse complex, end-to-end business processes across multiple systems.
• Experience documenting system interactions and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with engineers on APIs, integrations and architecture.

Responsibilities
