Job summary

Auckland Council in Albany is seeking a Senior CCC Assessor to ensure the delivery of building consent processing and code compliance certificate applications in line with the Building Code. You will review records and provide technical guidance to customers to support the final stages of construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction or related industry, in complex buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Building Act 2004, Building Regulations and Codes.
• MBIE accreditation qualifications with practical experience in building field.
• Current MBIE competency under Regulation 10.
• Ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review building consent records prior to final inspection.
• Ensure compliance with Building Code and accreditation requirements.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers.
• Support day-to-day operations and team manager in fast-moving projects.
