Volunteer Service Abroad is seeking a Systems Support Engineer to help keep people, systems and technology running smoothly in Wellington. The role covers IT support, Microsoft 365, systems administration and automation, with opportunities to improve systems and automate processes.

With 20 hours per week and flexible hours, the position fits around study or other commitments, offering real balance and meaningful, global volunteer impact across Aotearoa and the Pacific.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first or second-level technical support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Good problem-solving skills and independent investigation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and assist with IT projects.
• Participate in automation and systems improvement tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and find smarter ways of doing things.
