Job summary

Vector is seeking an Electricity Programme Coordinator to provide programme, systems and administrative support across our electricity portfolio. You will maintain accurate programme data, coordinate governance forums, administer project management tools and produce reliable reporting for decision‑making.

This data-heavy role supports around 60 internal users, involves ensuring version‑controlled records and cross‑system reconciliation, and offers a strong development pathway in a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in a project, programme, PMO or similar support environment, ideally supporting multiple workstreams, stakeholders and governance processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and confidence comparing and reconciling large volumes of data from different sources
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate programme information, reporting outputs, documentation, templates and version‑controlled records
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, with the patience and judgement to support a broad group of internal users and work well with different teams and personalities
• Confidence learning new systems and tools quickly; experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management systems, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, document control or a utilities/infrastructure environment would be beneficial.
