Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or CS and 3+ years as a BA, including blockchain projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements for blockchain projects.
- Translate needs into functional blockchain specs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in crypto space.
- Facilitate communication between business and tech teams.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Support backlog prioritization and testing activities.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
