Spectrum Foundation in Auckland is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications. The role covers application support, system improvements and project delivery in a hybrid setup at Greenlane, central Auckland.

You will work with application owners, users and partners to resolve incidents, coordinate changes and prepare systems for ongoing support and go-live. A tertiary IT qualification and cloud/SaaS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in application support or a similar role.
• Experience with cloud-based or SaaS applications in an operational environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification or practical experience is ideal.
• Relevant Microsoft, CRM, testing or integration certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-level application support, resolving incidents and service requests.
• Administer applications, configurations, patches and vendor releases.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing, release planning and deployment for changes.
• Assist with audits, security processes and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors, application owners and stakeholders to implement improvements.
