Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating crews to deliver a high-quality service.
• Overseeing daily operations and addressing customer enquiries/concerns.
• Resolving technical issues and reporting back to Service Manager.
• Collaborating with Project Team to manage inventory of HVAC equipment.
• Conducting regular QA checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensuring all tasks follow safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintaining health and safety documentation.
