Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our Auckland Trade Services team. This role blends hands-on technical work with people leadership, driving safety, quality, and customer service across the Auckland HVAC division.

Reporting to the HVAC and Plumbing Manager, you will guide day-to-day operations, oversee maintenance projects, support estimators, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NZ-qualified or highly experienced HVAC-R technician.
• Minimum 5 years' HVAC industry experience.
• IQP certification is required.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Auckland HVAC team in daily operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues and customer requirements.
• Manage upgrades, minor works, and maintenance projects.
• Support quotation and pricing processes with estimating teams.
• Ensure all works are properly approved before commencement.
• Promote HSSE Q&R standards and conduct site inspections.
• Monitor planned maintenance completion and supervise technicians.
