Our client is market leading HVAC and Mechanical services provider with expertise in design, installation, commissioning, service and maintenance.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Dunedin.

The Role

A key part of the role will be ensuring projects and tasks have been completed on time and on budget. This will be achieved by allocating adequate resources and ensuring all materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed in advance for scheduled jobs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating crews to deliver a high-quality service.
• Overseeing daily operations and addressing customer enquiries/concerns.
• Resolving technical issues and reporting back to Service Manager.
• Working in collaboration with the Project Team to manage inventory of HVAC equipment.
• Conducting regular QA checks of service work to ensure compliance with company standards, service contracts and industry regulations.
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintaining health and safety documentation.
