Job summary

Morson Edge (Australia) is seeking a technical-commercial sales professional to grow its service and lifecycle solutions in the New Zealand power market. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying service opportunities and delivering solutions for existing electrical assets.

You will build relationships with utilities, EPCs, asset owners and key stakeholders, manage opportunities end-to-end, and develop account strategies to increase service penetration.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within power, energy or electrical sectors.
• Strong understanding of the power sector and electrical infrastructure.
• Commercially minded with negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Able to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop service sales opportunities across existing and new customers.
• Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, asset owners and key stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through to contract close.
• Develop account strategies and increase service penetration.
• Work with technical and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity.
