Job summary

DX Mail is seeking a part-time Van Driver for Wellington. You will be the face of the company, collecting and delivering mail and freight across the Wellington area with a focus on customer service.

You start by loading your vehicle and then execute delivery runs, working with the operations team to ensure timely collections and deliveries while supporting other runs as needed.

Qualifications

• Have a clean, full Class 1 NZ driver's licence.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Flexible and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Enjoy being on the road and delivering great service.
• Available Monday to Friday with flexible start/finish times.

Responsibilities

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our DX team as a Part-time Van Driver - Wellington

Here's what you'll do…

You will be the face of DX Mail as you collect and deliver mail and freight throughout the Wellington area. Being customer-focused, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and relationships with customers along your route.

You’ll start your day preparing and loading your vehicle before heading out on your delivery run. Working alongside our operations team, you’ll be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of mail and freight, while also supporting other runs as needed.

What we're looking for…

• Have a clean, full Class 1 NZ driver's licence
• Are physically fit and confident lifting up to 25kg
• Are flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude
• Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Enjoy being on the road and delivering great service
• Are available Monday to Friday with flexibility in start/finish times
