Job summary

DX Mail in Auckland is seeking a delivery driver to collect and deliver mail and freight across the Auckland area. You will be the face of the company, providing an excellent level of customer service and building rapport with customers on your route.

You will start by preparing and loading your vehicle, then head out on your delivery run. You will work with the operations team to ensure timely collection and delivery, while supporting other runs as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a clean NZ Class 1 driver's licence.
• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Be flexible and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Show strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Enjoy being on the road and delivering great service.
• Available Monday to Friday with flexible start/finish times.

Responsibilities

• Face of DX Mail, collect and deliver mail and freight across Auckland.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Prepare and load your vehicle each day and follow delivery routes.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Support additional runs as needed and maintain vehicle readiness.

Here's what you'll do...

You will be the face of DX Mail as you collect and deliver mail and freight throughout the Aucklandarea. Being customer-focused, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and relationships with customers along your route.

You’ll start your day preparing and loading your vehicle before heading out on your delivery run. Working alongside our operations team, you’ll be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of mail and freight, while also supporting other runs as needed.

What we’re looking for...

• Have a clean, full Class 1 NZ driver's licence
• Are physically fit and confident lifting up to 25kg
• Are flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude
• Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Enjoy being on the road and delivering great service
• Are available Monday to Friday with flexibility in start/finish times
