Fonterra is seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Projects Coordinator to translate Health, Safety and Wellbeing priorities into coordinated action. You’ll bring structure, visibility and momentum to strategic initiatives that enhance workforce safety and wellbeing across the Co-op.

You will coordinate plans, track progress, support governance, and help ensure stakeholders have timely information to make informed decisions. Hybrid work and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong planning, scheduling and reporting capabilities
• Able to coordinate inputs from diverse teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working with governance and dashboarding tools

Responsabilités

• Coordinate plans across a portfolio of HSW programmes
• Track progress and support governance and reporting processes
• Ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate information for decisions
• Collaborate with initiative leads, Change Centre of Excellence and learning teams to drive adoption
