Job description

Imagine Tomorrow with Us | Ata whakaarohia tō āpōpō At Fonterra Te Mātāpuna, we want everyone to feel they can be themselves.
Whether you're early in your career or ready for your next step, Fonterra offers a unique opportunity to grow with a global dairy co-operative that values care, collaboration, and contribution.
Owned by New Zealand dairy farmers and supported by a dedicated team, we are all working together to create a better future. Imagine tomorrow with us, where your career can grow, and you can create positive change.

About the Opportunity

Working under the direction of the HSW Planning & Solutions Adoption Manager, you'll help turn Health, Safety and Wellbeing priorities into coordinated action. By bringing structure, visibility and momentum to a wide range of strategic initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the safety and wellbeing of our workforce and help ensure important initiatives are delivered and land well across the Co-op.

Project coordination will be at the heart of your role. You'll coordinate plans, track progress, support governance and reporting processes, and help ensure stakeholders have the right information at the right time to make informed decisions.

Working across a varied portfolio of HSW programmes and initiatives, you'll build strong relationships and help teams stay aligned around priorities, milestones and next steps.

You'll also work with initiative leads, the Change Centre of Excellence and learning teams to coordinate change inputs, communications, readiness activities, training materials and adoption support. Through this work, you'll play an important role in helping HSW initiatives transition successfully into everyday practice and deliver lasting value across the Co-op.

About You

You're organised, detail-oriented and confident working with planning and reporting tools such as Jira, taking pride in producing high-quality work that helps teams stay aligned, informed and moving forward. Comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders, you can coordinate inputs, manage timelines, track progress and ensure the right info reaches the right people at the right time.

You don't need to come from a Health, Safety and Wellbeing background. What matters is your enthusiasm for supporting initiatives that make a meaningful difference, your ability to bring people on the journey, and your interest in continuing to develop your planning, project coordination and change management capability.
