WM New Zealand is seeking a proactive Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Systems Analyst to strengthen our IMS and ensure alignment with ISO standards, ACC requirements, legislation, and business needs.

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Systems Analyst to help strengthen and improve the systems that support our HSEQ performance across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Health, Safety & Risk Officer, this role will maintain and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards, ACC requirements, legislation, and business needs.
You will play a key role in using data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, identify trends, strengthen assurance, and support better risk-based decision-making.
