  • Lead or oversee complex incident investigations and ensure effective root cause analysis and closure.
  • Review incident trends, audit results, and near miss data to identify systemic risks.
  • Drive corrective and preventive action plans and verify effectiveness.
  • Support Stop Work Authority decisions and client escalations when required.
Training & Site Readiness Governance
  • Own governance of training, authorization, and site readiness requirements across assigned scope.
  • Ensure employees, subcontractors, and vendors meet client and regulatory requirements prior to mobilization.
  • Validate training effectiveness and competency, not just completion.
  • Partner with central HSE teams to ensure training functions as a risk control mechanism.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as an HSE lead for assigned client accounts or regions.
  • Support interpretation and implementation of client safety requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Global HSE on complex or ambiguous requirements.
  • Represent Accenture in client audits, safety reviews, and joint investigations as needed.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in field execution and recommend program improvements.
  • Contribute to development of global tools, templates, and guidance.
  • Support integration of acquisitions or new service offerings into existing HSE programs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and safety culture maturity across regions.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programs
  • Experience supporting high risk industries or complex client environments.
  • Strong client facing communication and escalation management skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional programs, portfolios, or multi-site operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant, applicable safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks platforms.
  • Professional certification (CSP (or international equivalent such as Chartered OHS Professional (Australia), CMIOSH (UK), or NEBOSH International Diploma)
