Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor Administration for a 12-month temp assignment, with an immediate start. You will coordinate HSE training, reporting and compliance across the business and be the go-to for practical safety support, incidents and follow-ups.

Your role includes keeping HSE systems, audits, risks and contractor records on track, plus supporting leaders to foster a practical safety culture across teams.

Qualifications

• Prior HSE experience with NZ legislation and best practice.
• Confident building relationships, influencing others and helping create a positive safety culture.
• Comfortable investigating issues, turning data into clear reporting.
• Strong communicator who can work with leaders, stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Organised, proactive and confident juggling priorities and HSE systems; EcoPortal experience desirable.
