Job summary

Tiong Lian Food Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. This full-time role covers recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support and HR administration, in a fast-paced food industry environment.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, maintain employee records, support benefits and training programmes, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation while delivering a hands-on, organized approach.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, employee engagement and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of local HR practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS.
• Administer employee benefits, leave and entitlements.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
• Support payroll processing and compliance with laws.
