Job summary

Martin Brower seeks an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join the NZ-based HR team. You will report to the Regional HR Manager (remote) and work across NZ distribution centres, with collaboration to offices in Australia.

You’ll handle queries, onboarding, performance reviews and HR documentation, while supporting engagement, audits and projects. Ideal candidates have Generalist HR experience, NZ employment law knowledge, and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with NZ employment law familiarity.
• Experience partnering with leadership to support change, retention and engagement.
• Experience handling ER cases and investigations.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries in New Zealand.
• Partner with leadership to support change management, retention and performance development.
• Manage complaints and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support onboarding, probation, performance reviews, training and offboarding.
• Draft HR documentation (contracts, employment changes, investigations).
• Support cyclical HR processes and ad-hoc HR projects.
