Job summary

ACCIONA Construction New Zealand is seeking a Generalist HR professional based at the Greenlane corporate office in Auckland. The role provides HR services and strategy across the organisation and its projects, reporting to the Operations Services Manager. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate HR policies, support recruitment activity and give day-to-day people guidance to the senior team and wider management group in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing others as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of trust and confidentiality.
• Current New Zealand driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Apply employee relations principles to manage performance and grievances
• Draft HR documentation under guidance of a senior team member
• Support enterprise agreement negotiations and basic investigations
• Analyse workforce data to identify people risks and gaps
• Coordinate recruitment activity, including advertising and interview support
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems
• Support delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
