Job summary

ACCIONA Construction New Zealand is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide generalist HR services and strategy from our Greenlane office in Auckland. This 12-month fixed-term contract reports to the Operations Services Manager and covers HR policies, recruitment support, and day-to-day people guidance across projects.

You will coordinate HR processes, support negotiations on agreements, analyse workforce data, and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience managing others as part of a team.
• Sound understanding of Collective and Wage Agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of trust and confidentiality.
• Current New Zealand driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Apply employee relations principles to manage performance and grievances.
• Draft HR documentation under guidance of a senior team member.
• Support enterprise agreement negotiations and basic investigations.
• Analyse workforce data to identify people risks and gaps.
• Coordinate recruitment activity, including advertising and interview support.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems.
• Support delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
