Job summary

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team across room and public areas. You will ensure schedules and productivity guides are followed while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will guide and develop the team, respond to guest needs, and manage rostering and timesheets within a 7-day roster. Prior housekeeping leadership and familiarity with hotel systems are preferred.

• Flexibility to work 7-day roster shifts

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park are seeking an energetic Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the room and public areas cleaning operations and adhere to schedules and productivity guides. In addition, you will be responsible for the health and safety of your team along with administrative duties such as rostering and time sheets. You will respond to any guest needs and resolve any issues independently and confidently.

What we need from you

You will have previous Housekeeping experience and looking to further your career with a focus on leadership.

You will be a natural leader who knows how to step up and guide the team through the demands of a busy department.

Your approachable and collaborative leadership style will motivate and engage those around you and your focus on attention to detail will ensure that guests are exceptionally satisfied.

You will have the flexibility to work various shifts on a 7-day roster

Previous experience with Hotel Operational Systems (Opera, HubOS, etc) preferred.
