Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts – Queenstown, South Island, invites applications for housekeeping roles across our three iconic hotels: Millennium Hotel Queenstown, Copthorne Hotel & Resort Lakefront, and Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Lakeview. Roles span Rooms, Laundry, and Public Areas with flexible rosters including weekends and public holidays.

Open to Working Holiday Visa candidates who can commit to a minimum of 3 months; staff meals on duty are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
• Committed to high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job.
• Availability for flexible and variable rosters, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards across multiple hotels.
• Assist with laundry duties and public areas maintenance as required.
• Follow health, safety and cleanliness protocols at all times.

• Copthorne Hotel & Resort Lakefront
• Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Lakeview

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus (but not essential)
• Committed to high standards and guest satisfaction
• Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job
• Availability for flexible and variable rosters, which will include weekends and public holidays
