Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
• Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
