Job summary

KiwiQuest is seeking a Hostel Receptionist in Wellington to manage daily front-desk operations, handle bookings and guest inquiries, and support housekeeping. You will provide travel information and high-level guest service, taking ownership of guest requests until resolved.

This part-time role requires a Monday–Sunday roster with a minimum of 16 hours per week, offering NZD 29 per hour plus the potential for up to 34.8 per hour.

Description

The Hostel Receptionist runs daily front-desk operations, manages bookings and guest enquiries, provides travel information and assists housekeeping at a Wellington backpacker hostel.
