Job summary

All Star Cleaning is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites in the Wellington region. This permanent, full-time role requires coordinating staff, client requirements and schedules to meet quality standards.

The role involves planning rosters, supervising staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing costs and resources. Travel between client sites is expected, with a minimum of 30 to 45 hours per week and a pay

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial/industrial cleaning, supervising staff and daily service operations.
• NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
• A full or restricted NZ driver license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily residential and commercial cleaning operations.
• Coordinate contracts, schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare rosters and site allocations based on contractual requirements.
• Recruit, induct, train and supervise cleaning staff, monitor attendance and performance.
• Allocate duties with clear instructions on cleaning methods, client expectations and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, arrange prompt corrective action.
