PCR Services is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to take the Auckland office to the next level. The role focuses on leading a high-rise structures team and leveraging existing networks to win new work.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in structural engineering, CPENG certification, and a proven local work history within engineering firms. You will build the team, culture, and client relationships while delivering diverse high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the Structural arena.
• CPENG certification and a stable work history within local engineering firms.
• Solid local networks and ability to develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the high-rise structures team and build the culture.
• Develop the Structural team and run operations as you see fit.
• Collaborate with Directors on BD strategies and leverage existing networks.
• Work on mid to high-rise commercial, residential and retail projects.
