Job summary

The Wellington High Court is seeking a Scheduler to join the team in a permanent full-time role. The position focuses on creating and maintaining court schedules across High Courts in the region, allocating courtrooms, and coordinating judicial resources to meet workloads.

You will work with Caseflow Managers on scheduling issues, ensure efficient use of resources, and support continuous improvement of court operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing fixtures and scheduling.
• Ability to allocate courtrooms and coordinate judicial resources.
• Strong data input and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi principles and their implications.

Responsibilities
