Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Truck Driver Class 4 or Above for Auckland-based delivery work. This full-time role offers 30–50 hours per week with pay ranging from NZD 28 to NZD 39 per hour.

Applicants must hold a NZ Class 4 licence or equivalent international licence, and have 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience or a Level 4+ qualification. Duties include safe vehicle operation, route planning, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NZ Class 4 or above Heavy Vehicle Licence or equivalent international licence.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience or Level 4 or higher qualification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels across Auckland.
• Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Load and unload items, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff and customers.
• Follow traffic regulations, NZTA requirements and company delivery policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Requirements:
