Job summary

Gracelands Village in Hastings is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our casual team. You will deliver personal care under the guidance of Registered Nurses, and help create a warm, respectful environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, empathy for older adults, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts, is essential.
