Job summary

Oceania Group's Green Gables Village in Nelson is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide personal care and support on a casual basis, under RN guidance.

You will build warm relationships with residents, families, and the team, help maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a purpose-driven aged care setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, an empathetic nature, clear communication, and flexibility for weekends and night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or similar role.
• Compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
