Job summary

Oceania Group in Taupō is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our teams across Wharerangi and St Johns Villages on a casual basis. You’ll contribute to resident wellbeing in a supportive, purpose-driven environment and gain meaningful frontline experience in aged care.

Deliver personal care under Registered Nurses, build warm relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, welcoming setting by following our care standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role.
• Compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Willing to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities
