Redwood in Blenheim, part of the Oceania Group, is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join on a casual basis. You’ll contribute to residents’ wellbeing by delivering personal care under registered nurses’ guidance, building warm relationships, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This role suits students or those exploring aged care, offering flexible weekend and night shifts and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven team.

• A compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
