Pact Group’s Albany site is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to partner with leaders and frontline teams. You will provide practical advice, strengthen safety ownership and help turn systems into safer ways of working every day.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will coach teams, lead audits and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with NZ health and safety legislation and AS/NZS 4024 where relevant.
Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands and local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.
We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to partner with leaders and frontline teams at our Albany manufacturing site. You'll provide practical advice, build safety capability and help turn systems and standards into safer ways of working every day.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll be a member of the site Senior Leadership Team and a visible, trusted safety partner across the Albany site. You'll work closely with the Quality Manager, Engineering, Operations and other site leaders to help shape safety priorities and influence business decisions.
This is a hands-on opportunity to coach teams, strengthen safety ownership and improve how risk is managed in a practical manufacturing environment. You'll have the scope to influence change, lead improvement and help ensure everyone goes home safe every day.
