BNZ is seeking a General Manager – Wealth & Insurance Partnerships in Auckland. You will own product governance for CP&S across the full lifecycle and set standards for product owners, while delivering the wealth and insurance strategy and expanding customer reach through partner channels.

You will provide oversight with data-driven governance forums, monitor outcomes and conduct indicators, and simplify the product set to reduce complexity, cost, and risk.

Qualifikationen

• Proven senior leadership experience in financial services.
• Experience designing and running product lifecycle governance and customer outcomes.
• Strong track record in negotiating and managing complex partnerships.

• Set and deliver the wealth and insurance strategy and grow customer base through partner and BNZ journeys.
• Define outcome measures, monitor performance, complaints and conduct indicators, remediation where needed.
