Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial advice development or advisory support.
Proven success designing and implementing customer-focused advice processes, journeys and operating models.
Strong understanding of NZ financial services, financial advice regulation, wealth and insurance products.

Responsibilities

Lead advice process design, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support delivery of advice-related programmes and change initiatives.
Maintain quality assurance frameworks and reporting for advice activities.
Manage knowledge content to ensure accuracy, currency and compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve adviser experience, efficiency and customer outcomes.
