About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Head of Remote Operations to establish and lead their newly formed remote operations division. This is a critical, fully remote role focused on building and scaling a high-performing, distributed workforce. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, policies, and infrastructure that enable seamless and productive remote work across the entire organization, based out of the Eastern Cape region conceptually. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader adept at managing dispersed teams and fostering a strong, cohesive company culture irrespective of physical location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for remote operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish best practices, policies, and guidelines for remote work enablement and management.

Requirements
