Job summary

SkyCity New Zealand is seeking an experienced General Manager Procurement to lead procurement across our NZ operations from Auckland. Reporting to the CFO, this role shapes strategy, governance and supplier relationships while driving value, risk management and performance.

You will oversee category management, strategic sourcing and a high-performing team, partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercial outcomes and continuous improvement across our hospitality, entertainment and gaming

Qualifications

• Significant senior procurement or supply chain leadership experience.
• Track record leading strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Strong financial, analytical and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience developing procurement strategies and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across procurement governance, category management, supplier relationship management and sourcing activities.
• Oversee procurement expenditure across New Zealand operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Partner with senior leaders to align procurement strategies with organisational priorities and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Drive value creation, supplier innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
