Job summary

2degrees is seeking a Head of Organisational Development to lead strategy and a team focused on capability, leadership and culture, shaping how we navigate AI-driven changes and workforce transformation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will drive enterprise capability and DEIB initiatives across the organisation.

You will work with senior leaders to prioritise investments, use data and insights to guide decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals while fostering an inclusive,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience across organisational development, capability, learning, talent or culture.
• Experience leading workforce capability, organisational transformation or future-of-work initiatives.
• Strategic and future-focused mindset with translating business priorities into capability agenda.
• Expertise in leadership development, culture, engagement, DEIB and organisational capability.
• Strong commercial judgement, systems thinking and using data/insights to guide decisions.
• Credible, collaborative leadership style to influence senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and team responsible for building capability, leadership and culture.
• Shape and deliver enterprise DEIB strategy, including AI capability and future workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify investments, evolutions and key capabilities.
• Use data, insights and workforce trends to prioritise initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into a clear capability agenda and roadmap.
• Report to Chief People Officer and partner across the business.
