Job summary

• Significant experience leading organisational design and operating model initiatives in complex organisations.
• Ability to align capability, structure and strategy to business outcomes.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, including exposure to Board-level discussions.
• Experience leading through ambiguity and delivering sustainable change across an enterprise.
• Authentic, collaborative leadership style that inspires confidence and action.
