You will foster collaboration with global teams to ensure a seamless personal and digital customer experience, while leveraging your extensive Kiwi business networks to champion innovation and provide strategic direction.

Qualifications

• You'll inspire, coach, guide and grow your team of Customer Managers based in Wellington, New Plymouth and Dunedin.
• You'll motivate your team to set ambitious goals aligned with our strategy and provide clarity on their role in delivering growth for customers across sectors.
• You will be skilled at nurturing and growing a high performing team with development and operational excellence.
• A champion of innovation with connections from startup ecosystem through to established networks.
