Ventia is on the hunt for an experienced Head Groundsperson to lead our onsite grounds maintenance team at a prestigious private school in South Auckland, delivering exceptional grounds and sports field presentation across a high-quality educational campus.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily grounds operations, champion health and safety, and ensure all outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standards. From sports fields and landscaped gardens to recreational spaces, you will play a key role in creating a safe, attractive, and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors. Working closely with the Operations team, you'll drive performance, develop staff, and build strong relationships with school stakeholders.
