Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction in New Zealand.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Experience with design and build project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control management, including budget setup and monitoring.
• Develop programmes in collaboration with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Lead procurement and contract management with the project team.
• Foster a collaborative environment with client, consultants, subcontractors and colleagues.
• Drive health and safety strategies on site as a priority.
