Downer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Hawke's Bay team. You will lead a busy civil construction portfolio, deliver projects on time and within budget, and drive high standards of safety and workmanship.

Qualifications

• Project and/or contract management experience in civil engineering.
• Strategic thinking with problem solving and initiative implementation.
• Proven track record developing a culture of business excellence.

• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities
